We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our Health Privacy & Compliance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and evolving privacy and compliance solutions for Microsoft's health-related products and services. You will work on challenging problems at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, healthcare regulations, and user privacy. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying robust software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of privacy and compliance. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure software solutions for health privacy and compliance. - Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features. - Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure best practices in software development. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. - Stay current with evolving healthcare regulations and privacy standards. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
