Software Careers provides digital products and services, including resume parsing, AI resume review, mock interview simulations, preparation plans, interview insights, PDF-based reports, performance dashboards, and job-board access. These services may begin immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Due to the immediate consumption of digital API tokens, cloud parsing infrastructure, and live interactive AI generation systems, all purchases made on softwarecareers.co.in are final and non-refundable. Users may cancel their ongoing renewal plans at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for remaining days in a billing cycle.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use the subscription, partial use, dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, failure to obtain job placement, employer rejection, visa rejection, misunderstanding of plan features after checkout confirmation, account sharing, misuse, or expired subscription duration.
If a payment is debited but access is not activated due to technical failure, users must contact support@softwarecareers.co.in with transaction details. Valid duplicate or failed payment cases will be reviewed with the payment gateway partner according to payment gateway and banking timelines.
For billing or payment-related issues, contact support@softwarecareers.co.in with registered email address, payment date, plan purchased, transaction reference ID, and a screenshot of payment confirmation where available.
